Evoking the bends on motor racing circuits, the radius of the bends are gradually increased to reach a state of optimised elasticity (1.5). Angles are also rounded for optimal flex functioning.
Use of 11R51 stainless steel which is harder and tougher.
Pre-finish manual polishing of palladium and gold to prevent modification of dimensions and therefore preserve optimum functioning of the hinge.
The over-opening stop is built directly into the endpiece: estimation of drilling tolerances to 1/10th of a millimetre.
PURE DESIGN
Only a coloured, palladium or gold rectangle gives any hint of this geometric and highly complex hinge. Hidden technical features for guaranteed refinement.
